Programmes are designed using CAD/CAM systems which feature many graphical interface tools that enable the designer to draw with speed and efficiency, and allow for the precision and fine tuning needed to meet the clients exact requirements.

Our PC network is linked to send programmes directly to the machines. This includes our CAPS 200, an advanced heavy duty press which can perforate material up to 25mm thick, and is the only one of its kind in this country.

Complex programmes are created accurately, quickly and efficiently from customers drawings. This press can be programmed to fill any complicated shape with perforations, which include circles, ellipses, parallelograms, quandrants, etc.

We also have a Trumpf press, a specialist machine that punches round or square holes, slots or any other shape imaginable. Perforated plates can then be pressed, bent or formed into the finished product required.
